Dun Laoghaire, Dublin
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part Time Sales Assistant to work in our Dun Laoghaire high street store. The ideal candidates will have:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy retail environment

Web Sales & Fulfilment Supervisor Job Description
Order Processing - Picking, packing & dispatching web orders as supplied by the web ordering system, in a timely manner.
· Administration - Processing daily sales & returns, and manage end of day procedures accurately while ensuring that company till procedures are adhered to. Online payment transfers. Liaising with suppliers for the supply of direct order items.
· Customer Service - Serving customers over the phone or by email & maintaining the highest standards of customer care at all times. Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.
· Training – Training new team members on all order processing, administration and customer service duties.
· Coordination – Delegating daily tasks to the team including printing picking lists, fabric cutting, order picking and packing. Keeping track of store delivery days for Click & Collect orders.
· Staff Management – Managing all Web Order Processing Assistants staff issues . Communicate regularly and promptly with your Line Manager and the Team on all matters pertaining the operation of Web Store.
· Month end Reports – produce monthly reports on Stripe for the accounts department.
· H&S - Adherence to Health and Safety procedures and minimise the risk of any accidents. To report any accidents or hazards in a prompt manner to your manager. Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
· Other ad hoc duties
Understand all duties carried out by both the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor: When required step up and assist the warehouse manager/supervisor in the running of the warehouse and monitoring all work to ensure all deadlines are met.
These duties include:
· Management and coordination of deliveries to Stores
· Print auto replenishment picking lists on schedule
· Ensuring accurate and timely stock receipts and issues in the EPOS system and liaise with the accounts team to ensure all invoices are processed correctly.
· To take stock counts of the inventory, keeping systems up to date by producing regular reports, and planning for future capacity requirements.
· Communicate regularly with the Directors, Buyers, Retail Support Admin Team, Store Managers, Ecommerce and Wholesale Teams, Payroll and Accounts
· Identify and follow up on any stock discrepancies.
· Report any damage to the consignments where necessary.
· Report any packaging issues and rectify where possible.
· Receive stock onto live epos system.
· Print and apply price tickets to stock.
· Update locations for new stock arrivals and forward plan accordingly.
· Minimising stock loss
· Contribute towards the operational improvement of the Loading Bay Area and Warehouse in general.
Key requirements
· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience working in fast paced environment.
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent leadership and people skills
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Ability to respond positively to changing demands with the flexibility to work overtime during weekdays and weekends if required.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Van Driver Job Description
· Full-time position
· Monday to Friday, 8-4 pm.
· Daily vehicle and paperwork check before and after leaving the site
· Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Key requirements
· Full Clean Class C1 licence.
· 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Previous multi-drop delivery experience desirable
· Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided
· Ability to meet strict deadlines.
· Punctual and reliable at all times.
