Delivery
We offer 2 methods of delivery for website orders:
1. Home delivery (or to an address of your choice) using DPD.
2. Collect in-store - your order is shipped to a store of your choice.
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery within the Republic of Ireland - orders over €60 are FREE; orders under €60 cost €6. PLEASE NOTE - we only ship within the Republic of Ireland.
Curtain pole orders will be charged €10 for delivery with the exception of 2m and 2.4m poles sold in one piece which will be charged €15 for delivery. Unfortunately, we are being charged a premium for oversized items by our delivery provider.
Collect in-store is free of charge.
Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be sent to an address selected by you - home, work etc (never a PO Box) or to the Home Focus at Hickeys store of your choice.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Allow up to 5 days for deliveries by DPD. However, during busy periods, such as sales, promotions, and Black Friday, please allow extra time.
For Collect in-store deliveries, please allow up to 10 days.
Can I track my order?
- DPD deliveries: we will email you with a tracking number once your order has been processed which will allow you track your order in real time.
- Collect in-store deliveries: we will contact you by text and email to advise you when your order is available for collection.
